• There is level access into the building through a double automatic door.
• The Heritage Centre is all located on one level on the ground floor.
• We have an accessible toilet.
• Visitors are welcomed by volunteers on the front desk- who are here to help.
• Gallery text panels has been designed to be easily read.
• The museum has a number of audio-visual display screens.
• The museum uses lots of audio which are accessed on demand via push buttons and screens.
• Our Brine Bathing memories exhibit has audio which is triggered by a PRI sensor.
• There is water effect lighting within the brine bathing exhibit.
• Assistant Dogs are welcome.

• The Museum is buggy friendly- however there is plenty of space in the foyer if your prefer to park your buggy.
• Baby changing facilities are housed within the accessible toilet.

• We have children’s colouring sheets and activities available.
